How do I recover my password?

Please proceed to our website and click “View Bookings.” From there, you will see the “Forgot Password” and “Change Password” buttons.

Can I leave my luggage at the front desk?

Yes, for a fee of PHP 50.00 per luggage per day.

What if I do not return my keycard?

Should you be unable to return the keycard, or wish to keep it as a souvenir, there will be a PHP 100.00 charge.

Can we resell our rooms to others?

Reselling of rooms is strictly not allowed and will not be honored.

Are guests allowed in the hotel room?

Yes, you are allowed to entertain guests inside the room up to 10:00PM only but you cannot hold group parties as this will create noise and disturb the other guests.

Can children stay unaccompanied in the hotel?

No, children below eighteen (18) years should be accompanied by an adult while staying in the hotel.

Can I smoke inside the rooms?

No. gohotels.ph is a smoke-free hotel. Smoking is not allowed within the hotel premises.

Is there a wardrobe in the room? Can I hang my clothes in the room?

No, there are no wardrobes but hooks are provided for you to hang your clothes.

Can I change my room type upon check in?

Yes, you can, but requests are subject to room availability and for an additional fee at the time of check-in.

How much are your room rates?

gohotels.ph rates are not fixed. They vary depending on booking, timing, season, and demand. Availability is limited. We advise you to book early to avail of the lowest possible rate.

Are housekeeping services available?

Housekeeping services are provided daily from 11:00AM to 2:00PM. Just hang the “Make Up Room” sign on the door should you want to have your room cleaned.

Do the rooms have windows?

Majority of our rooms have windows, out of the 108 rooms, 5 rooms do not have windows.

Are extra beds available?

No, the hotel does not have extra beds.

Does the room come with shampoo and soap?

Yes, rooms come with shampoo with conditioner and soap. Should you require more toiletries, kits are available at the hotel lobby for only PHP 88 plus VAT.

What are the amenities inside the hotel room?

Each room is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a 24″LED TV with cable, option of two (2) single beds or one (1) double bed, full vanity mirror, two (2) pillows, duvet, intercom, in-room safe, bath towel, hot and cold shower, single-use soap and shampoo, and toilet paper.

Can I access the internet at the hotel?

gohotels.ph has free Wi-Fi access in all rooms and all areas within the hotel.

Is there any F & B outlet available in the hotel?

For Go Hotels Mandaluyong: Tokyo Cafe is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

For Go Hotels Puerto Princesa: Kinamai sa Puerto Seefood Grill & Resto Bar is open 24hrs.

For Go Hotels Bacolod: 21 Restaurant is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

For Go Hotels Iloilo: Chikaan is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

For Go Hotels Otis-Manila: French Baker is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Are prices of breakfast meals included in the price?

No, meals will be charged separately. You will be charged for every set meal on top of the price once you tick the breakfast box.

Can I ask for refund of my bookings?

gohotels.ph does not provide for any refunds of payments.

How do I make a booking at gohotels.ph?

You can book or reserve a room online via www.gohotels.ph.

Can I transfer my booking to another person?

Yes, you can change the name of the guest that is reflected in the reference print-out of your reservation or transfer your booking to another person provided that applicable charges are paid. A PHP 500 plus VAT per room per night shall also apply for these type of changes. Bookings at promo rates of PHP 588 and below are non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before 2:00PM of your scheduled check-in date subject to a cancellation fee of PHP 500 plus VAT per room per night. The amount you paid less the cancellation fee will be credited to your Guest Profile, which you can use for future booking within the next six (6) months, after which it will expire. If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before 2pm of your check in date, total payment shall then be deemed forfeited. Bookings at promo rates of PHP 588 and below are non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable.

What if I want to book for more than 20 rooms?

Booking for more than 20 rooms are considered as corporate bookings. Please log on to www.gohotels.ph and click on corporate bookings.

How many rooms can I book at a time?

You can book for five (5) rooms at a time. If you wish to book more than five (5) rooms, you will be required to log in again to book for your 6th room.

What is the minimum number of nights I must book?

You need to book for at least one (1) night.

Do you have any parking spaces available within the hotel complex?

There are available parking spaces within the complex of our hotels but not all branches offer it for free. Please contact our respective branches to inquire about the parking fee.

What is the earliest time I can check in? What is the latest time I can check out?

The earliest time you can check in is 2:00PM. The latest time you can check out is 11:00AM.

In what currency do I need to pay for my stay at the hotel?

All payments must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency conversion and its fluctuations will be up to your credit card provider.

Can I use my credit card to pay for another person’s bookings and vice versa?

Yes, you can.

Do I need to prepare a cash deposit upon check-in?

No, there is no need to make any deposit. However, you are encouraged to return your keycard and towel to the Front Desk for the use of the next guest.

How do I pay for my room?

You can pay for your room online using a credit card. If you do not have a credit card, you also have the option to settle charges via bank deposit at a Robinsons Bank branch. Walk-in guests may pay over-the-counter at the Front Desk through cash or credit card.

Do I need to print out my booking reservation?

We advise you to print out your Electronic Receipt for a smooth check in at the reception area. Otherwise, just present a valid identification and confirm your booking details at the front desk.

If I am making a booking for two or more people, do I need to provide all guest names?

Only one name is required per room. The person whose name appears in the booking confirmation must be the same person checking-in. Passport (for foreign guests), and any valid ID for local guests, both of which should correspond to the document used when booking, should be presented upon check-in.

Can I make changes in my booking?

Yes, you can but with a charge. We shall apply Php 500 plus VAT for every change in booking details per room per night, i.e. Php 500 plus VAT x number of rooms with change in booking details x number of nights. Changes in booking details refer to name, date, number of rooms, number of nights, add-ons. You may log in towww.gohotels.ph for any changes. Bookings at promo rates of PHP 588 and below are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-changeable.

How do I check if I have successfully made a booking?

A Confirmation Number or an Electronic Receipt will be provided after every successful booking. A copy of your booking reference will be sent to your nominated email address or you may log on towww.gohotels.ph to view your bookings accordingly.

Can I make a booking on behalf of another person?

Yes, you can. Just key in the Guest Name(s) (First Name and Last Name/Surname) when making bookings and reservations. Passport number for foreign guests, and any valid ID for Filipinos locals, is required.
