Legal Counsel

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Law or equivalent. 
  • Preferably has 1 to 2 yrs experience in Real Estate or equivalent.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares and sends the Billing or Statement of Account to corporate, government clients including travel agencies under send bill arrangement.
  • Identifies outstanding account receivables.
  • Collects and posts payments under send bill.
  • Follows up collection through telephone and e-mail.
  • Sends collection notice for overdue accounts.
  • Calls-out client to discuss billing/payment arrangement.
  • Issues Official Receipt on check payments scheduled for collection pick-up.
  • Generates the Daily Collection Report and uploads cash transactions in SAP.

Responsibilities
