Get ready to #GetRewardedMore! Go Rewards Members can now earn and redeem points at Go Hotels properties.

  1. ​Go Rewards points earning is open to all Go Rewards members.
  2. Go Rewards members may earn three (3) Go Rewards points for every One Hundred Pesos (Php 100.00) spent on participating hotels with stays (up to 9 rooms) made via direct booking through the following channels:

  3. Members must present their Go Rewards card or Go Rewards mobile app and one (1) valid ID upon check-in or check-out.
  4. Guests must be a Go Rewards member at the time of their hotel stay.
  5. The total amount paid for room bookings and additional beds within the stay period upon checkout will be used as the basis for the calculation of Go Rewards points earned.
  6. For each room booking (up to 9 rooms), points may be awarded to one Go Rewards member who is listed as a registered guest. For points to be credited, the name on the Go Rewards card/app must match the name of the guest registered as an occupant.
  7. Cancellation fees, change booking fees, complimentary GCs, restaurant purchases, room service, and other services not specified in the mechanics will not earn Program Points. Likewise, individual bookings and purchases for additional beds charged to companies and/or groups (i.e., bookings for 10 or more rooms, bookings with special rates due to group discount), and bookings by travel agencies (i.e. but not limited to, external online booking platforms such as Agoda,, Expedia, and corporate travel agencies) are not eligible for points earning.
  8. Only bookings made directly with Go Hotels will earn Go Rewards Points. Bookings made via other platforms will not qualify.
  9. The retroactive claim of points will not be allowed. 
  10. Terms and Conditions of Go Hotels shall apply.


  1. Members may redeem and use their Go Rewards points to fully or partially pay for room bookings, availed within the stay period and made through direct channels (call, email, website, walk-in, RHR mobile app), at the rate of One Peso (P1.00) per point.
  2. A minimum of 300 Go Rewards Points is required for each redemption at Go Hotels.
  3. To redeem Go Rewards points, members must present their Go Rewards card or Go Rewards mobile app and one (1) valid ID at the front desk either upon check-in or checkout.
  4. Membership details presented (e.g., name, Go Rewards Membership number, and points balance) must match the details reflected in the loyalty platform.
  5. Guest must be an existing and active Go Rewards member at the time of redemption.
  6. Go Rewards Points may not be converted to cash.
  7. Once redemption is confirmed and the points have been deducted from the member’s account, reversal of the redemption transaction will no longer be allowed.
  8. Points redemption is only applicable to eligible transactions identified.
