• This offer is valid for stays booked 72 hours before check-in.
• Check-in time must be mentioned at the time of booking. Otherwise, a standard check-in time of 2:00 PM applies.
• Guest will be entitled to check out the same as their declared check-in time upon reservation.
• An additional late check-out fee will be applied in the event of an extension beyond our 24-hour offer.
• Only a limited number of rooms per day are allotted for this offer, subject to room availability.
• Pre-payment is required to guarantee reservations. Non-guaranteed reservations will be only held for 24 hours upon reservation. Otherwise, the reservation will automatically be released.
• Guaranteed reservations are non-refundable.
• All changes in booking, such as but not limited to, change in name, date, no. of nights, type and number of rooms, and add-ons shall be allowed only until 48 hours prior to the check-in date, free of charge. The Hotel must be informed of all changes you wish to make through the Front Desk or through customer service +632-8397-0111, +63917-8887788 and +63998-8887788.
• Cancellation of booking made more than 48 hours prior to the check-in date shall be free of charge. If cancellation is made within 48 hours prior to the check-in date or the guest is a no-show, the first night shall be charged to the guest.
• The stay period of 24 hours is based on the guest's declared check-in time upon reservation.
